It was a beautiful get away only 2 hours south of Bend. We stayed at the Summer Lake Hot Springs. The weather was perfect for soaking and we came back to a cozy little camp fire, grilled steaks and beverages. The stars were amazing and there are so many beautiful monuments on the way or close by.Other things to notePlease drive at less than 60mph when towing the camper. Please do not drive faster than 40mph on gravel. Rocks and debris could cause damage.
Water is not filtered in the fresh water tank. You will need drinking water.
No smoking of any kind inside.
Please remove shoes and clean feet/paws at the door. There is a basket for shoe storage.Trailer Pickup and Drop off is flexible.

5.0A very well-equipped trailer, with anything a camper might need. Jeni responded quickly to my questions beforehand. Any issues I had during the camping trip were due to my inexperience with trailers. We had no phone service so I could not call Jeni but I’m sure she would have helped quickly.

4.0It was very good and Jen was very responsive & helpful. The inly issues were the trailer was heavier than advertised (almost 1,000 lbs heavier) & speed limit max is 60 MPH (many of the roads were 70 or 80 so it messed up how long it took us). Other than that, it was very good and trailer was what we needed.

4.0We had a wonderful trip in Jenni’s Rpod! There were a couple of small maintenance things that popped up during our trip, but Jenny was super responsive! We did have a little bit of a hard time at pickup, there weren’t clear instructions (we didn’t know what spot the rpod was at or where the keys were) but I think it was more of a glitch in the outdoorsy app! Jenni responded right away and then we were on our way and the camper towed great! We would definitely rent again!

5.0We had a great week in the Gorge and eastern Oregon. Jenni was a great communicator and very flexible when we had delays. The camper is showing its age a bit, but everything worked and was clean. We would recommend the Sun Chaser and Jenni wholeheartedly.
