Rules and policies
The best form of communication is through the Outdoorsy platform. No smoking. No pets. Always wear seat belts while the vehicle is moving for every ones safety. Children are not allowed to operate any mechanical functions including the propane and gas stove. No bicycles, bicycle parts or obtrusive objects that can potentially cause damage are not allowed inside of the RV. Only use RV toilet paper and do not flush any objects down the toilet. Clean up after yourself. If you are dry camping without hookups for over 4 days, we recommend that you use the water supply sparingly until you are able to replenish the tank. Power and water replenishment and/or gray and black tank dumping may not be accessible at some camp sites with no hook ups. We highly recommend dumping after 5 days of use. Gas needs to be refilled at the same levels of departure when returned to the owners. Must fill your own propane. Please leave the RV in the same condition as you picked it up.

We enjoy a simple lifestyle of being connected to nature at its best and a small community. Our favorite trips have been up and down the Pacific Coast Highway 1 and Hwy 395 throughout Inyo and Mammoth counties. Living amongst monumental National Parks, rich western California history, and captivating scenic landscapes enable us to pursue an in-depth passage of time.
