• Late Pickups/Returns- 30 minute grace period, then $25/half hour will be charged after the grace period.
• Please return the RV with all tanks emptied. There is a $150 fee if waste tanks are not emptied.
• Please return the RV with the gas tank full. If gas tank is not full, you will be charged for the cost to fill the tank, plus a $75 refueling service fee.
• Please return the RV with all garbage, personal items, and food items removed to avoid any excessive cleaning fees.
• Strict No-Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is allowed inside the RV. A $500 violation fee will be charged if smoke odors or residue are detected, plus additional costs for damage or cleaning if needed.
• Pets Allowed with Approval: Pets are welcome with prior approval and purchase of the pet fee add-on. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee.

I am often able to be flexible with pickup and return times when arranged in advance. Desired pickup and return times must be agreed upon prior to booking approval. The pickup walkthrough takes approximately 45 minutes. A 30-minute grace period applies to pickup and return times. Late pickups or returns beyond this window may incur additional fees.
