5We had a wonderful time camping in Barry’s van! It’s equipped with everything you need for an independent trip—from a super comfy bed to all the basics for preparing simple meals. We especially appreciated the electric kettle, which boiled water in no time and kept us cozy with hot drinks on those chilly Crater Lake mornings. Communication with Barry was easy and friendly throughout. We’d happily do it again—highly recommend Barry’s van!

5Coolest experience of my life. Barry was awesome, so easy to work with, really accommodating, and flexible. The van- 10/10. It was stocked with everything we could need, and then some, apple car play, all amenities, just needed our clothes and groceries. We did a loop from Seattle to Olympic NP, Rialto beach, to Mt. Rainier NP, and back. We chose to boondock every night on NF roads, just make sure you walk the pull out before you drive the van down it. I slept better in the van bed than I do at home- my boyfriend is 6’5 and he slept great and fit as well. The shower gets super hot and has amazing water pressure. Overall, best trip ever and I’m sad to leave our van home.

5We loved being able to go off grid and still have everything we needed with us. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was a huge plus. Everything with the rental went smoothly, and the communications with the owner were very easy. Highly recommend!

Frequently asked questions
Q.
Are pets allowed?
A.
Small furry friends are welcome! Larger dogs may be a bit cramped.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We like to hand over the keys personally, so we can help familiarize you with van's systems and offer any tips and tricks (as well as travel ideas!). However, we both work so we can also have a touchless check in if needed.
Q.
How big is the refridgerator?
A.
The refrigerator in Jade is a 30 liter drawer fridge (dimensions roughly 13"W x 18"D x 5"H), typically seen in yachts or watercrafts.
Q.
Does the van have A/C?
A.
The van has a multidirectional ceiling fan above the bed which can push out warmer air or pull in cooler air to help keep the cabin cool but does not have a separate AC unit in the cabin. However, the main engine has A/C, just like your car.
