Extremely Responsive & Flexible
Matt quickly responds to questions, is flexible with pickup/drop-off, provides helpful videos & walkthroughs, and assists guests in a pinch.
Easy, Fuel-Efficient Driving
Guests found the RV easy and comfortable to drive, noting good mileage. However, both cab and main AC often fail, especially in heat or without hookups, and the vehicle shows heavy use.

3.0Host is great, but the RV is heavily used that looks to have been owned previously by a high-volume rental place, and it shows. The in-cab AC does not work well, which means on a hot day the drive is sweaty and miserable. The main AC in the back does not work, and Matt has provided a window-unit AC which works, but took about 8 hours to cool down the RV under 80 degrees on one of our hot days in central WA. Also, when not camping with electrical hookups, most campgrounds don't allow generator use overnight so you can't run the AC overnight, which lead to a few very hot and sweaty nights. The RV is rather poorly stocked with cooking supplies and random paper/plastic plates, utensils, and solo cups (no coffee mugs). The awning disassembled itself halfway through our trip and we had to rig it back together. Overall, we would not rent this RV again unless only staying at powered campgrounds and probably only in winter - for this price I was expecting a much nicer experience.

3.0the RV was nice, but there were issues with the air conditioning and generator. Also, the check engine light came on on the trip home. However, Matt gave me a small discount, so that was appreciated. The RV was well stocked and had almost everything I needed,

4.0Matt is a fantastic host - very responsive and super laid back. The RV was perfect for our trip. I docked one star because the AC in the cab wasn’t working and it hit 80 degrees outside, so our two hour drive home was pretty miserable. Otherwise, everything was as stated!

5.0Matt was an excellent host. Super responsive, sent helpful videos that made operations clear, was quick to respond with questions, and helped us in a pinch when we almost missed our flight home. The trailer was very comfortable to sleep in and everything was in working order. It had great mileage too! We made it to the Gorge and back on one tank of gas. But Matt was the best part. This was my first rental on Outdoorsy and he made it super easy.
