There where bugs inside, fridge never got cold, water heater never worked.
It was very nice. It would have been better with hot water, we didn't know we would have to get propane tank. We had no plans to cook there, so we didn't get 1. We took showers at friends house.. It worked out really well, for what we wanted. Michael was very quick to answer our questions. Thank you Michael.
When I picked up the camper I quickly realized why it was so cheap to rent. It was in rough shape, just from the outside. We made it to our campsite only to find that the propane tank was empty, the black water was full, and the grey water was also full. Oh and somehow the toilet had filled with nasty water and wads of toilet paper. My wife and I had to dump someone else's black and grey water then my wife had to clean the toilet water that had gotten all over the toilet and shower. Once we fixed those issues everything went good until we used the sink and the p trap leaked everywhere! It must have shorted out the water heater because that didn't work either. I then cleaned up the water and fixed the p trap. Oh and the camper was infested with roaches and ants. The camper looks good in the pictures but it has been heavily used.

Micheal responded quickly if we had any questions or concerns. He also helped us giving us newbies a quick lesson how to back up a trailer. There were a lot of amenities inside we didn’t know until we started our trip which helped a lot even though we brought our own. It was a great experience as a first time camper trailer/rv experience. We will definitely work with Michael again.
Process with Michael was really easy and quick, and we had a great time on our trip! As others have mentioned, the trailer does have some minor wear and tear, but it seems as though that relates to the brand itself, not to Michael's care of the trailer. Pricing was great, too!
While the Trailer showed some minor wear and tear on the exterior, that in no way impacted our trip, and the water heater never engaged so we took cold showers, Michael was an awesome guy to rent from. He was super responsive to all of our requests. He made himself available to us for any questions we had as first-time travelers and was really kind in working with us via text. He allowed us to walk around the trailer prior to our pick up to make sure we knew where everything was and answered all of the questions we had at that moment. He helped us ensure we had the taillight adapter we needed for safe traveling, and made our pick up and drop off really seamless. I would absolutely recommend renting from Michael to anyone who is new to travel trailers and needs a smaller one to tow.
