5The RV was clean, sanitized and in good repair. Joe was very thorough and helpful in taking the time to explain how everything works and what we needed to do to have a good trip. Pickup and drop off was very efficient and easy. He was always quick to answer any questions we had during the rental. This was our first time to use an RV and Joe made it very enjoyable.
