Review summary
Efficient delivery and thorough setup
Ed is consistently helpful, prompt, and friendly. He frequently drops off and sets up the RV for renters, thoroughly explaining all features, buttons, and settings.
Spacious layout, recent wear
The RV features a spacious and comfortable floor plan with a TV. Recent reviews note peeling furniture, door issues, non-closing tank valves, and a non-working oven, suggesting it needs TLC.

5.0Ed is a pleasure to work with. We rented this camper last year and had no complaints. It did seem like in the past year this one has gotten a little "shabby". The furniture is peeling badly, and the door had some issues with closing properly. I was concerned that the black and gray tank valves were left open the whole time it was parked onsite (10 days). Ed indicated that the valves didn't close anymore. Couldn't get the oven to light, although the burners did work. It is a large unit with a great floorplan. With a little TLC it could easily be brought back to its former glory.

5.0Our two days with the RV was perfect. Ed, the host, was friendly and efficient in setting up and picking up the RV. Ed made sure we knew everything needed to enjoy the camper. A great experience and we would highly recommend Ed and his RV to anyone looking to enjoy a few days in a camper.

5.0My best Outdoorsy experience to date. Ed was awesome. He dropped the trailer off at VIR (Virginia International Raceway) and quickly setup the whole RV. Showed me where all the important buttons and settings were. Trailer was perfect for our 4 day stay at the race event. We were able to use the TV in the trailer to help coach drivers that were involved in the race, showing them video from practice session. This was so helpful. Would definitely recommend Ed and his RV.
