Our well maintained and loved 27 feet 1990 Oakland accommodates 4 people comfortably and sleep up to 6 people. It's suitable for two small families, one large family or a group of good friends.Powerful Ford E350 engine.The rig has a queen bed at very end ready to sleep at any time. There is huge sized cab over bunk sleeping area in front.

We are a big family of outdoorsy that we always find time to camp. A long weekend get away with kids on our camper in the natural is the most refreshing way for us to recharge.
We love exploring new camping sites and going to difference places for experience. So if you have somewhere awesome, please let us know.:)

Please nicely treat our lovely home on the wheel to avoid damages and scratches. A full hookup campground will be most ideal.Additional terms and conditions:
THIS UNIT IS NON SMOKING ALLOWED
NO TOWING PERMITTED
RV DELIVERY /PICKUP
The earliest time that RV departs from the parked location is at 1pm, arrival time is based on the real road situation.
The rv returns to original parked location is before 11:00am, pick up time is based on the distance on google map.
*Fuel is not included, $1.5 per km, distance based on google map.
**Please allow one hour for detailed walkthrough and orientation
RV BREAKDOWN AND REPAIRS
The renter acknowledges the possibility of a mechanical failure or breakdown, and recognizes that such occurrence is an inherent risk associated with the operation of a recreational vehicle and beyond the control RV owner. The renter agrees to hold the RV owner harmless from and against any loss of time, transportation costs, inconvenience, food loss in vehicle, and any and all expenses resulting from such failure or breakdown.
EQUIPMENT/CLEANING/DAMAGE
This unit is equipped with the following:
Dishes, pots, pans, cutlery/utensils, glasses, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, broom, dustpan.
Please ensure all dishes and utensil are washed and put away. Please wipe down the following with the disinfectant supplied: all sinks, counters, table tops, appliances and shower stall.
Floors are to be swept and moped and the inside of the fridge, stove and microwave wiped clean.
RV must be returned clean and undamaged on the outside as well as the inside when it is returned. A cleaning charge will apply if the RV is not clean upon return. An additional cleaning fee may be accessed if the unit is returned extremely dirty. If the smell of the smoke is detected upon return, a $1000 defuming charge will apply.
Please do not use bedsheets or/and beach towels or/and hand towels as the cleaning cloth, damage fee will apply if this is identified.
AWNING
Awning damage easily and are the full responsibilities of the renter. Awning must be retracted in windy conditions and drained properly of water (lower one corner). It’s recommended awning be retracted in windy conditions and/or during rain.
FRIDGE
The fridge must be level while motorhome is STATIONARY. Air bubble bar in the kitchen and in driving cabin that the air bubble in level must touch the inner ring.
SLIDES
Slides must be retracted completely on the RV prior to moving the RV any distance. Renter will be responsible for any damages that occur due to not retracting the slides prior to moving.
SURCHARGE MAY APPLY
Waste tanks may need to be completely emptied prior to your return date and are the renter responsibility. (many camp area have a septic business who will come to you). Where holding tanks are not emptied completely upon return /check out, a emptying fee will be charged.
Generators
4 hours of generator use per day is included in the rental. $5 per hour will be charge beyond the allotted time limit. Renter is responsible for all fuel used by the generator.
Mileage
This motorhome receives a travel allowance of 100KM/Night. Additional mileage will be charged at posted rate per km. Prepaid mileage is recommended if travel far away from the RV base. There are no refunds on any unused mileage.
TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
Vehicles are not permitted to enter USA or Mexico at any time. Unless pre-authorized.
Motorhomes are not allowed on any dirt/gravel roads (other than campground roads) or roads designated as “other roads” according to official provincial or state maps.
In Case of Accidents or Damages
Renter agrees to pay from the deposit an additional $250 fee to get a quote for the required repairs.

Diego is very friendly and professional and a real pleasure to do business with. The RV is very comfortable, with all the amenities that make it perfect for camping in. The RV is easy to drive and set up/take down. I highly recommend this owner and vehicle. I look forward to booking another trip with Diego in the near future!
