Edward was an efficient rv rental owner with excellent notes for trailer handling and operations and took the time to walk through the trailer and made himself available for issues, pick-up and return. The trailer functioned well, including the AC on a hot weekend in Canal Flats at the black sheep Camp Kootenay. Thank-you!

My boyfriend and I Rented Edwards trailer for our trip in July. We are experienced campers with our own trailer and seasonal site. We had decided it would be easier to rent a trailer than haul our own. Edward was very quick in his communication and when we picked up the trailer he was very thorough walking through and provided a checklist for us for set up and take down at the site. For any new/inexperienced campers he would absolutely perfect in helping you learn the ins and outs of running a trailer and help you feel confident in doing it. We have arranged again to rent his trailer for my friends and I to come back in a couple weeks!

Edward’s answer

Hi Danielle it was an absolute pleasure renting to you and your boyfriend.

We wish the trailer would have served its purpose with the amenities that were listed. Unfortunately, the generator that is included in the price did not work when we came to pick up the trailer, which was an essential component to our trip as he knew that we needed it and booked the trailer for that amenity. We were told we were given 2 full propane tanks but after night 1, we came to discover that we were given empty tanks and had to drive 40 minutes to refill them ourselves. We had a couple burnt out bulbs in the trailer. Our heat shut off halfway through our night (twice) and we were left cold! The owner charged a Covid cleaning fee and did not mention the cleaning procedure, but you are expected to clean it regardless of the $40 charge. Please be aware of this charge and ask questions before booking! Overall, not impressed, it was very disorganized and not worth the money and stress we have to now deal with to resolve the issues and malfunctions experienced.

Overall our experience renting this Trailer was very good. Although it was our first experience renting and towing a full trailer, Ed and his wife were very cooperative . They took the time to explain each and every thing in detail and it was very easy to follow later. Trailer was easy to tow as it is very light weight. Very cleaned and in good condition. Kids loved the bunk bed and my wife enjoyed the stove and fridge utilities.
Will rent again for sure.
