The self-proclaimed “Hub of San Gabriel Valley”, Baldwin Park is a lively suburb found to the east of Los Angeles, California. The town was once exclusively cow pastures for ranchers to let their cattle graze way back in the mid-19th century. At first, the community was known as Vineland but was later changed to Baldwin Park in 1906. Although Baldwin Park has been relevant for over 150 years, it was surprisingly not incorporated until 1956.

One of Baldwin Park’s claims to fame is that it is home to the first ever In-and-Out Burger, a beloved burger franchise popular in California. This fun little landmark is a replica of the original that was established in 1948.
