Winie was awesome. We were first time RV renters and he did an amazing job helping us become comfortable with the RV. His tutorial and review of the safety features and all of the functions of the RV were detailed, informative and easy to follow. He did everything he could to make us comfortable and prepared for our trip. He was available for us to contact with any questions or concerns. We loved the RV and the service Kate and Justin provided. RV was immaculate and had everything we could think of (and more!). It was immediately and repeatably clear that Kate and Justin have given incredible thought to guest experience, and making sure we had everything we needed. The RV had everything, and it was all high quality. Justin even let us borrow his personal wrench just in case! Pick up and drop off were seamless as well, and again showed the care that Justin and Kate put into everything. Justin even helped put the bike rack on while I was packing things up without even asking. Very good people, and a wonderfully comfortable and easy to use RV.
