We originally wanted to go with another local rental place but didn't because they were so rude to us. When looking at Outdoorsy, I really liked Robert's trailers. He was prompt at communication, on time, reasonable and very personable. Robert answered any questions, gladly showed me how things functioned, made pick up and drop off really easy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and ready for the trip. We will definitely rent from him again for our next trip!

The trailer was great! Clean, easy hookups, quick setup, Amir helped us with the few items we needed to attach to our truck. Plush towels were a plus! We would definitely rebook with Amir!
