Shelly and Robert were both communicative, accommodating and transparent before, during and after our rental. Their trailer was delivered, set up and retrieved without delay and as promised. The rental arrived fully equipped for our 3-day stay. Our needs were modest and their unit met those needs with room to spare. To be clear, our motivations for renting through Outdoorsy was to research trailer types and our own camping style prior to purchasing our own rv/trailer. Both the platform and Shelly and Robert's offerings helped my wife and I refine our conversation and search in advance of doing just that. We recommend the experience to everyone particularly if you're dealing with the quality of hosts that they represent.

Jason was easy to work with and communicated clearly. I gave him short notice and he responded quickly, which was appreciated. The trailer was excellent and just what I needed for a long weekend away. It was clean and all topped up with water, propane and a full battery. The bed was comfortable and big enough for me to stretch out even at 6’-2”. Would definitely recommend.
