-Please no smoking in this unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit a service fee of [100$] dollars will be applied and you WILL NOT get your damage
deposit returned.
-Please do not go onto the roof of the unit.
-If the unit is returned in a state that needs excessive cleaning, an extra cleaning fee of [75$] will be added.
-If you have a pet in the unit without pre approval a fee of [100$] will be added.
-Renters are responsible for the tires during their rental. Tires will be inspected and good condition prior to renter taking the unit.
-If you are late returning the unit a hourly charge of [25$/hour] will be applied unless previously discussed.
