We love camping. PNW has so many great options. We have taken the trailer to a variety of places, mostly state parks or national forests. We dont generally go on rutted or rooted roads. This thing can handle a dirt road, but we do watch the speed in case the road gets bumpy.
Few things to keep in mind:
* No pets allowed
* no smoking inside the trailer
* We keep the propane topped up, kindly return the trailer with propane topped up as well (if not, we will charge you for the fillup)
* Kindly clean the interior before returning, PNW can unexpectedly get wet and we do understand this... but kindly wipe the floors down as soon as you can... wet floors can cause a lot of damage.
* On the same note, kindly dont make the bed, dinette or any of the cushions wet.
* If possible, dry put any condensation in the camper before folding it on your way back... we have found that running the roof vent is really helpful in keeping moisture at bay. You can use the furnace or the electric heat (if shore power is available) to dry the trailer interiors before packing up.
* Only get into the trailer once all the levelling jacks have been lowered appropriately.
* Never exceed the trailers weight limits
* Never exceed your vehicles towing limits
* always follow proper hitching guidelines when towing the vehicle

The “pop-up trailer” was delivered to Camano Island State Park, as requested, but the trailer did not match the description: 1) the pump In the little sink did not work (so we had to hand-carry water to the sink); the refrigerator did not work on propane (no electricity at this site): the smoke alarm was open and not working. Pary, the owner, did try to compensate for these issues by 1) hooking up an outside hose to the sink—to empty it); 2) brought us an extra ice chest with 2 bags of ice; 3) brought a new smoke alarm to put in the trailer. While we appreciated his efforts to compensate for the problems, but still felt the trailer did not meet our expectations. In addition, there was: 1) no soap or sponge to wash the dishes (we bought our own), 2) no corkscrew, can opener or bottle opener to use with our supplies; 3) no broom or supplies to clean the floor, as requested in his description. 4) no hot pad to use with pans on inside stove. These supplies would have helped us to keep the trailer safe and clean.
