They were very responsive, and flexible. The van was very clean and in great condition. The van FWD and not built for snow so consider that when booking. There were also 4 of us and space was a bit tight but we did bring a lot of gear. Overall Amaya & RV is a great host and will take care of you. I recommend using them for your trip.

The van drove great and got me where I needed to go. The heater and DC system did end up having some issues so I ended the trip early.
