Hi! We're the Doherty Family. We are looking forward to sharing our trailer with others who want to spend time in the outdoors while still having some of the comforts of home.We are conveniently located in Cameron Park, right off Highway 50 on the way to Tahoe.Our trailer is easy to set up, can be towed with most vehicles, and includes everything you need to be comfy in the woods. Includes a fan, air conditioning, heat (and heated mattresses), cold/hot water, USB outlets, three-burner stove, refrigerator, awning, and an inside toilet. Get ready for some outdoor fun!What's includedThe trailer is super light.
Sleeps 5 (6 if there are little ones)Features:
• Easy set up: Takes just a few minutes.
• Tow: Weighs less than 2,000 pounds (dry), it can be towed with almost any vehicle.
• Quality double stitched canopy walls keep you sheltered and warm/cool from outdoor elements.
• Includes off road package should you decide to camp in remote locations.
• Requires Standard Class I hitch that has a 2” ball and 7 pin wire connector (or 4 to 7 pin adapter, not provided).
• Trailer dry curb weight 1909 lbs. with 230 pound hitch weight capacity.
• Refrigerator (propane 12V, electrical 110V)
• 100AH deep cycle battery
