Voyageur Provincial Park is a popular destination due to the large variety of activities you can enjoy. It has a few boat launches where you can put your craft into the water and a concession area where you can rent canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards. There's a park store where you can purchase groceries or complete meals, depending on your needs; the store also carries supplies like sunscreen and insect repellant. The park has a day-use area with two beaches where you can swim, picnic tables for you to enjoy your lunch, and even barbecues in case you want to prepare your meal on-site. Fishing is allowed in the park, and you can fish from the river or the riverbank year-round; summer fish stocks are bass, pike, perch, and walleye, while catfish and bullhead are more common during the off-season. Two trails provide an opportunity to go hiking; both are easy to moderately difficult and not too long and can be completed in under an hour. There aren't any designated biking trails within the park, but there are several paved roads to make bicycling an enjoyable activity.
