General Rules: No smoking or vaping inside the RV — evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee. No festivals unless pre-approved — please contact us if you're planning to attend an event. No off-road use — RV is not permitted on unpaved or rugged terrain (fire roads, sand dunes, etc.). No climbing on the roof. Dogs welcome with pre-approval and a pet fee — please inquire before booking. Absolutely no illegal activity of any kind. Driving & Usage: No towing. No tire chains — they can damage the rig. Return with full fuel and propane tanks (or choose the refueling and propane add-on). Return with black and gray tanks empty (or choose dumping add-on). RV must be returned clean (or choose cleaning add-on). Excessive dirt may incur a fee. Cleaning & Care: Please treat our RV like your own. Clean up spills immediately and avoid cooking overly greasy or strong-smelling foods inside. Wipe down counters, sweep floors, and empty trash before return. Strip all used linens and place them in the shower before return. Pet Policy: Allowed: Up to 2 dogs per rental. $100 non-refundable pet fee per trip. Dogs must be fully house-trained and non-destructive. Not Allowed: No dogs on beds or furniture unless you bring your own covers or blankets to protect surfaces. No dogs left unattended in the RV unless crated and safe. No excessive barking or aggressive behavior Before Return: Please remove all pet hair and messes. Clean up after your dog inside and outside the RV. Fees for Non-Compliance: Unauthorized dogs: $250. Dogs on furniture or excessive hair/odor: $150+. Pet-related damage: cost of repairs deducted from deposit. We love dogs, but we also care about keeping our RV clean and enjoyable for all renters. Renters are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning. Pickup & Return: Late return fee: $50 per hour unless previously arranged Communication: Please call or text us immediately if you have any issues during your trip. We’re happy to help.
