Brand new 2018 pop out trailer, clean mattresses with protective sheeting, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and cooking utensils included. Included with a heating unit for those cold nights. Kitchen has a stove and microwave along with a fridge and freezer and a pantry for food. The awning has outdoor speakers with AM/FM radio with Bluetooth capabilities along with lights on the awning for easy night time use. The camper sleep 8, one queen bed with privacy curtains, two oversized bunks, a futon, and a table that turns into a bed as well. The Air condition takes 2 generators to operate unless it is plugged in electrically, we only currently have 1 generator for rent- if you like to run the AC unit, a second generator will be supplied by the renter.

Please, no climbing on the roof, to avoid theft we provide locks for generator and front of trailer that must be used. We ask that you return the trailer in the same condition it was picked up in.
