Beautiful, spacious, modern 30ft travel trailer with pop out living and dining room, nice kitchen, private bathroom, private master bedroom up front with full size, plush bed for 2 and 4 single bunk beds in back, Hard floors throughout, central heat and air, and a generous electric awning for a nice covered outdoor sitting area. The Large pop out makes for a huge living area. The out door attached bbq grill majes a nice addition to the indoor gas stove top and oven. There is a tv and stereo as well. This camper Sleeps a total of 8.

The couch also pulls into a bed for 2 more!What's includedEnjoy, Fresh linens, 2 lawn chairs, an attached bbq grill, 4 glass plates and bowls 2 coffee mugs, 2 plastic cups, silverware set for four, 2 fry pans, 1 boiling pot with lid, cutting board, knife block set, 3 baking pans, a bbq grill utensil set, bbq grill, coffee maker, garbage can under kitchen and bathroom sink, 2 full size fitted sheets, 4 twin size fitted sheets, 2 full size comforters, 4 twin size comforters, 8 pillows, pillow protectors and pillow cases. 4 bath towels and 4 wash rags are in bathroom as well as a bath mat. The shower curtain and liner are always present.
There is a small flash light, a lighter/clicker as well as a can opener and a couple screw drivers in the kitchen drawer. A door mat is located at front door and a rug at kitchen sink. A broom, dust pan and mop are in living room corner.
There is hand soap at bathroom sink and dish soap at kitchen sink. I usually leave a fresh garbage bag or two under kitchen sink for you and a few rolls of septic safe TP as well as a couple rolls of paper towels. RecommendationsYou may take the rig off site or camp at my NC mountain property.Other things to note1. I love animals and invite your beloved pets to come along with you as long as they are mentioned, cleared by me and their additional charge is paid. I ask that you also please use addition diligence to protect the unit from damage by watching your pets carefully, cleaning up after them right away and covering any furniture they be be on. If taking rig off site… you are responsible for disconnecting water and electricity, pulling it out of current location and then returning it to current position including reconnecting water and electricity, re leveling it etc.3. If staying onsite… it’s easy. Just show up to my gated neighborhood, roll up to my private 1.5 acre property and enjoy your peaceful quiet stay.
