Mori Van CA

We have rented several vans, and Carline was by far and away our best host. The van is in great shape, and she bends over backward to make sure everything is well appointed, stocked, and ready to go. We slept like babies on the provided bedding, and Transit is a technological marvel. 7 stars for Carline and her van.

From setting up the reservation to dropping the van off with Carline, it could not have gone any better in my mind. Carline kept in touch leading up to our trip to answer any questions we had, and then was very flexible with my whackadoodle schedule to make sure I could meet to pickup the van and get a rundown from her, which I very much appreciate. Her tour and guidance with the van was top notch with how to operate everything with some excellent tips, tricks and little tidbits! She checked in with us during our trip and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great time. The van, Carline and the experience was top notch. Absolutely nothing even remotely close to negative about the whole experience from start to finish. Thank you!!

Great van. It was perfect for my trip. Very well equipped with everything you need. Carline had to do a virtual pick up & drop off, but provided a video to show how to operate the van. In addition to written instructions inside the van. She texted me during my trip to make sure everything was okay or if I had any questions. I had no problems and would definitely rent again!
