It's time to enjoy the great outdoors with your loved ones! This RV is perfect for your next outdoors adventure. Strong and easy to drive, it handles great. The total length or RV from front of hood to back of RV is 27 feet. The height clearance is 11 feet. It sleeps 7 (or 6 adults comfortably) the one single bed is only usable to small persons or kids.The RV is equipped with a huge storage space that meets all your needs. We have equipped our RV with two mounted televisions (one which could be played while the RV is in motion without having to turn on generator) we use it for the kids to watch movies while on the road.We also include some essentials in order to make your trip better. We include 4 folding chairs, a folding table, outdoor carpet, windshield cover, leveling blocks, an outdoor grill, kitchen supplies and many other incredible amenities.I can also provide you with parking for your car. Since we meet up at the RV storage, you are more than welcome to park your vehicle in the RV parking space while you are on your trip. Furthermore, if you would like to, since it is required to return the holding tanks (i.e. black water and grey water tanks) empty, the RV storage provides a dumping station where you are able to dump the tanks prior to returning it, alternatively, I am able to fill the fresh water tank to your desired level prior to departure if you'd like me to.Please don't hesitate to contact me, if you have any questions or concerns. My goal is to provide you with a great RV rental for you and your loved ones to enjoy.*** This RV is not festival friendly, it is not tailgate or sports events friendly. I also do not allow for towing of other vehicles with the RV (i.e. no tow dollies and no tow bars allowed). The RV storage location offers 24/7 security and overnight lighting, it is completely fenced and requires a key for entrance and exit. Though it is very safe to park your vehicle in our RV parking space while you are on your trip, neither Eastlake RV & Boat Storage nor I, assume any responsibility for any damage that might occur to your vehicle while parked in our RV parking space, park at your own risk. That being said, I've had customers who have left their vehicles in our RV parking space while on their trip and it made it easier for them because they did not need someone else to drop them off when handing off the rental or to pick them up after returning the rental, it is a convenience offered to you. ***

Exterior cleaning: Minimum Fee $30
I understand that RVs get dirty out on the road! Returning a RV with a “normal” amount of dirt is acceptable and will not result in any additional charges. However, if an RV is returned covered with dirt, soot, trash, food, wine stains, excessive bug stains, etc, and you do not wash the RV prior to returning it, I will require an additional cleaning fee. Please wash and remove bug stains on windshield, mirrors, and exterior of the overhead bunk.

Please return RV as clean as I delivered it to you, Please treat it as if it was yours. We take pride in our home away from home and we also clean it thoroughly after every trip we take and because of it, each new trip starts on a good note. I will charge a cleaning fee upon return depending on what I had to clean and how thoroughly. I will not charge you blindly, I will document and take pics of what I had to do and send them your way so you are aware.

Gasoline refueling: cost of gasoline plus an added fee of $2 per gallon. (i.e. if gasoline is $3.30 per gallon, you will be charged $5.30 per gallon)
