Very Clean, well maintained, modern, travel trailer that is one of the very best in performance, safety and comfort.Pet-friendly (additional $50 one time fee). Dogs are welcomed, we ask that you make sure that there is zero evidence of a dog ever been inside the RV since there are other customers that are not pet-friendly or suffer from allergies. Just make sure there is no dog hair anywhere, fleas, ticks, urine, or any type of damages caused by your dog(s).The standard pickup time is 3 pm and dropoff 12 pm, but I charge $10 an hour for early pick-up or late checkout. Contact me if interested.Special Event friendly! Burning Man, Stagecoach, and Coachella to name a few.Sleeps 4, with a Full bed and a privacy screen, Dinette converts into another sleeping area possibly for 2 smaller children or 1 adult. If needed, we can include bedding and sheets for 4 people for free (some people bring their own).1 TV, DVD player, Bluetooth sound system to keep family entertained; Manual awning with outside showers to wash off the kids after a long day swimming and playing. It also has an inverter and solar panels. Gas generator available (recommended if not hooked up to a full electrical site-additional $25 a day fee).Refrigerator with Oven/Stove
