Rent Rose-An Adventure Wherever She Goes (Unlimited Miles) - Rose is a 2017 Thor Chateau 30D that has provided countless smiles, laughs, and happy memories. She can sleep up to 10 guests. The rear room has queen bed, and there are several other sleeping areas that are suitable for most folks. Average-sized adults can comfortably fit in most sleeping areas, but some may be less suitable for big and tall folks. Please refer to the floor plan found in the photos for the measurement of the sleeping areas.Rose is ready for adventure whether you are staying at an RV park/campground or if you are camping off the grid. Rose is equipped with an onboard 4kW Cummins Onan generator, which draws fuel directly from the RV's fuel tank, so you can still enjoy some of the comforts of having electricity if shore power is not readily available. There are three TVs (two interior & one exterior), and the awning/canopy provides great shade over the exterior TV for when it is in use.What's includedThe RV is stocked with kitchen supplies (i.e. pots, pans, dishes, eating & cooking utensils), bathroom supplies (i.e. tank deodorizers, towels, hand towels, washclothes), bed supplies (i.e. blankets & linens), and a basic starter kit of consumables to start your trip (e.g. trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and/or hand sanitizers). There is also a large area rug and door mats to help you keep the interior of the unit clean as well as a pop-up style trash can.RecommendationsPlease allow at least approximately 30 minutes for a basic user orientation when you pick up Rose and for the pre-use inspection.Other things to noteRose will have a full tank of fuel, a filled propane tank, a filled fresh water tank, and will have empty holding tanks (both gray and black tanks). Please return Rose in the same condition that she was in when you picked her up (exception - the fresh water tank does not need to be refilled prior to returning the unit).Fees will be charged for the fuel and propane tanks having to be returned to the filled levels like at pick-up, and fees will be charged for the holding tanks not being emptied. Excessive clean-up will incur a cleaning fee (e.g. muddy exterior/interior).Fee Schedule (if unit is not returned in condition like at start of rental)
