First and foremost, it ensures that the rental process runs smoothly and without any issues. By following the rules, renters can avoid unexpected charges or damage fees that may arise from violating the agreement. Additionally, it helps maintain a good relationship between the renter and the owner or management company, making future rental agreements more likely. Finally, following the rules of the rental agreement is important to ensure the safety and security of the renter and their property, as well as the property they are renting. Review summary
Responsive but poor pre-trip preparation
Justin communicates well for delivery and offers partial refunds, but renters reported incomplete setup, unchecked systems like water/propane, and dirty conditions upon arrival.
Poorly maintained with many non-functional items
The trailer frequently lacked cleanliness (bugs, mildew, grease), had broken amenities (table, fireplace, remotes, low shower pressure), and was missing essential supplies like bedding and cooking gear. AC in bunk area was also ineffective.

2.01. This list is based on the other two trailers I have gotten from the site. This trailer is lacking much based on those trailers 2. The grill was dirty and not hooked up 3. No tarp on the trailer.. nothing said about that it did not have one. I feel like paying over $350 a day for a trailer that the owner should keep in good operating condition. 4. The propane connection to the grill needed to be fixed by the clients 5. Water was not turned on or checked by the owner. 6. The Drawers in the bedroom were full of dead bugs I had to clean them to use them. 7. AC vents very dirty on all AC. 8. No hangers to hang clothes in the master bedroom 9. The table seating area is broken and coming apart. Not safe to use without getting cut or stuck by wood 10. Only one cooking pan 11. Only one pot 12. Silverware bad shape. 13. Stove very dirty - I had to clean - lots of grease on the stove top 14. The fireplace does not work 15. Remote for IRV does not work 16. The TV remote in the kitchen area does not work even with new batteries. Had to unplug the TV to turn it off. 17. There was no top sheet on the master bed. I’m the one paying for everything. The other beds had a bottom sheet and a top sheet. 18. No extra blankets. Good thing I brought one, and so did my guest. 19. They did not turn over the trailer to me. Just dropped it off.. set up most of everything then left. I told them I would be here between 1 and 1:30, and I got her around 1:05. 20. The trailer was set up not on the pavement in the back, but placed on the dirt. There was Plenty of room to set up on assfault. 21. Trailer not level, leans towards the two pull-outs towards the doors 22. Water in the shower VERY lower pressure. Shower not usable 23. AC in the bunk beds area does not keep it cool with three people staying in there 24. Sewer equipment stored in masterbed room. 25. I feel like the fork photo tells the story of this trailer. It is not kept up and set up for someone who paid 350/night to use this trailer. I would not recommend this trailer to anyone, and I paid like 350 a day for it. This is my 3rd trailer to rent from Outdoorsy, and if this were the first, I would not use Outdoorsy again. My past two trailers I rented were wonderful and well-maintained.

3.0Our experience with this trailer was unfortunately disappointing due to the condition it was in when we arrived. The unit was not clean and required a significant amount of work before we felt comfortable staying in it. We spent close to two hours scouring the shower, sweeping and mopping because of the amount of dirt and debris throughout the trailer. The worst part was the shower, which had noticeable mildew and buildup along the edges that required a lot of scrubbing to clean. The drawers in the main bedroom were also dirty and essentially unusable unless you were willing to take the time to clean them first. One of the bedroom closets appeared to have dirt and trash swept into it rather than properly cleaned. The air vents were also cracked and covered with dust and grime. Additionally, the mattress pad on the queen bed was extremely worn and we ended up purchasing a mattress topper to make the bed comfortable enough to sleep on. Communication with the owner was easy and he responded quickly when I reached out after the trip. He also provided a partial refund for part of the cleaning fee, which I appreciated. The trailer itself is a nice model and could be a great rental, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues we encountered made the experience less enjoyable than expected. I’ve included photos from our arrival to show the condition we encountered.

4.0Solid experience in selection and delivery process. Communication was great. The unit is more of a mid range unit, with just a few minor issues.

5.0Justin was in time, communicated well in advance, informative, and very easy to work with. The RV was comfortable, clean, and pleasantly cold even with the summer heat on us. Having the three AC units is a huge plus. We’ll definitely be using the RV again soon!
