Includes king-sized master bed, living room with electric fireplace, reclining theater seats, flat screen tv with surround sound, a Blackstone griddle top grill and two pull-out queen leather sleeper sofas. Plenty of indoor and outdoor storage. Some supplies are included. Clean sheets and sleeping bags are provided.

We just loved the Fifth Wheel we rented from Josh and his wife. It was beautiful, brand new and clean! Josh was so easy to work with. He went above and beyond with assisting us in the confirmation from the campground we stayed with that they allowed rental trailers. He and his family were wonderful!
