Our Rules to Remember
• Absolutely no smoking in or around the camper. (tobacco, vape or other) If evidence of smoking or smoke odors are detected in the RV of any kind will result in a $500 fee or forfeit of your entire deposit.
• If your deposit is not sufficient to cover because of other damage, your credit card will be charged the balance. No flushable wipes
Campsite must fit 40’ with 50-amp, water & sewer
Walkthrough required at delivery (late arrivals $75/hr if not pre-arranged)
• Awnings are allowed to be used; however, they are only meant to be used for shade from the sun. Wind and rain are the most common reasons awnings can become damaged. It is the responsibility of the renter to bring the awning in if leaving the RV for any period of time, or if there is wind higher than 10 mph shaking the awning causing strain or if there is heavy rain expected with and/or without wind. If the awning is not tilted the weight of the water collecting on top from the rain can collapse the awning causing damage to the fabric, arms, or the entire system. The cost to repair is the responsibility of the renter.

We make certain before we deliver every Camper it is cleaned & sanitized. We do require our Campers are returned as received in clean condition. Cleaning supplies are provided.
