It has a pillow top queen size bed in the back bedroom. has a fold out couch . the dinette also can be tuned into bed. has a microwave, stove, fridge. It also has a/c and heater. it has a generator that will power her . has a lot of storage .What's includedNot much is included at this point still trying to figure it out.Other things to noteno smoking, , required to empty out tanks when used, responsible for any damage,
