This is the perfect trailer for you next camping trip! At 22ft tongue to bumper and less than 4000lbs gross weight, many large SUVs and small trucks will have no trouble pulling it.
Inside you'll find enough sleeping space for up to 6 people with a dedicated queen, a large dinette that folds down, and a set of twin bunks in the back. The bathroom is larger than most small trailer bathrooms and has a toilet and a shower with skylight. The kitchen area has drawers, a small refrigerator, a large kitchen window, a kitchen sink and a stove. There is an air conditioner at the front, a stereo, and plenty of storage. The best part though, is the electric fireplace!
At this time, we can not allow camping without hookups with this trailer. If you will be camping somewhere without electric, please add on the generator (or have your own!).What's includedFresh water hose

Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the trailer. Ignoring this rule will forfeit your entire security deposit. If you smoke anywhere near the trailer, close all windows and doors tightly.
We are very pet friendly but ask that you disclose your intent to bring s pet PRIOR to booking the rental. An additional amount will be added to your fully refundable security deposit for each pet. If you do not disclose your intent to bring a pet until AFTER booking, or it becomes apparent that a pet was brought along without our knowledge, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
The awning is NOT to be used. If it appears that the awning was used, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. You may rent a 10x10 easy up canopy from us as an alternative.
Bring the trailer back in the condition it was when you left with it, and there will be no cleaning fee. If it appears that no cleaning was done, and waste tanks were not emptied, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.

The rental doesn't include a generator, but we have one available to rent for $25/nt. This trailer won't gove you heat or air conditioning without an outside power source, so a generator is recommended.
