The Lilly Pad is 36’ long with lots of space, the RV is over 13 feet wide in the living area with the twin slide outs open. Entering the Lilly Pad, there’s a sofa and twin theater seating recliners facing across the coach. The front captain’s chairs rotate providing seating for six comfortably in the living area. The furnishings are covered in a soft Leather-like material a side table is located between the front chairs. A 50” TV is over the sofa. Walking to the rear the fully equipped kitchen with solid surface counters is located on the passenger side, complete with double sinks, stove & oven, a residential refrigerator. There is a large amount of storage in the kitchen. A booth dinette is across from the kitchen, with an additional 39” TV alongside of the dinette. Moving back a full bath is on the driver’s side with a large shower with glass door, a sink and porcelain toilet complete the bathroom. Across from the bath is a large double door pantry/closet that provides additional storage. Further back, through a sliding door is the bedroom with a king size bed as well as another 39” TV across from the bed. There’s tons of storage, 3 wardrobe closets with 9 large drawers below, two night stands and cabinets over the bed. The bed lifts for even more storage. With waterproof LVP flooring throughout, lots of windows for natural light and comfortable furnishing the Lilly Pad brings you a level of class and comfort. The RV has dual AC units for those warm days and an automatic generator. The Lilly Pad is fully insulted with dual pane windows and heated bays, for a true 4-season unit. The RV is completely self-contained in case you decide to go “boondocking” during your trip. The Lilly Pad is equipped with everything you would need while glamping as Lillian calls it. Think of the Lilly Pad as an upscale condo on wheels, this RV is set up right, all you need to bring is your clothes, food and drinks!What's includedWe have two English Mastiffs that travel with us and have made the Lilly Pad dog friendly. Sorry no cats please, kitty-kitties don’t do well in an RV. Bring Rover with you, we have a complete dog friendly package available that includes everything you need from beds to bowls and crates. The RV is supplied to the last detail, from designer dishes and serving ware to cork screws and wine stoppers and stemware. Outdoors we plenty of chairs, tables and a rug; we even supply flash lights, citronella candles and insect repellant to ward off the bugs. So if you can drive a rental truck you can drive the Lilly Pad.The Lilly Pad needs a wide campsite to open the slides and still have room for the awning, this is due to the opposing slide outs. Look for a site advertised as a "big rig" site. The RV operates on 50amp electric service please request this when booking a campsite. If 50amp is unavailable, We have adaptors/connectors for 30amp service. 30amp service will not allow some of the amenities to run simultaneously, but it is functional if that is all that is availableOther things to noteAsk about our Military, Veterans and first responder disounts

So if you can drive a rental truck you can drive the Lilly Pad.The Lilly Pad needs a wide campsite to open the slides and still have room for the awning, this is due to the opposing slide outs. Look for a site advertised as a "big rig" site. The RV operates on 50amp electric service please request this when booking a campsite. We're Bruce & Lillian we love to travel. Our 36' Fleetwood Flair - "The Lilly Pad" is our home away from home. We have two English Mastiffs that travel with us. We enjoy warm weather, you can often find us in Florida serveral times during the winter months and lounging at home or The Lilly Pad during the summer.
