I deliver and set up, then can even empty all tanks and tear down!This RV is the total package. Is has two refrigerators, two microwaves, three sinks, three televisions, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor led light strips, two awnings, two showers, porcelain toilet, two bunks, two fold out couches, a queen bed, two cd player/stereos, outdoor music, two dvd players,horseshoe dinette/bed, bbq and three total rooms!Includes;
Pillows, Blankets, sheets, set of 6 towels, set of 6 dishes, cups, coffee pot, silverware, pots and pans, coffee cups, broom/dustpan,coffee pot and outdoors rug mats.Please let me know before rental if your camping location has sewage hookups or a sewage dump otherwise I will assume they do not and will include the dump fee to the invoice.Also let me know if you will be cleaning the RV prior to me picking it up. The prearranged cleaning fee is $50 for normal cleaning. If no arrangements are made and it is picked up dirty or filthy there will be a minimum of $100 cleaning fee.The propane fee is for one full propane tank. If you end up needing the other tank double the propane fee.Lost key replacement fee $100

Jason was very friendly and provided instructions on how to use everything. I was a little confused on what we needed to operate hot water, lights, etc so I would recommend adding these things to the listing. Jason filled in all the gaps but we ordered an extra propane and a generator that we never used.

Everything about the RV exceeded our expectations and Jason's delivery and setting up for us made everything so easy. Truly the best holiday. We will definitely rent this again!

Jason was great to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions I had. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make sure my experience with renting his trailer went smoothly. His trailer was very clean and well taken care of and even stocked with dishes, blankets and towels for our use. I would highly recommend renting his trailer to anyone interested.
