Thor the Roaming Rig is super clean, well maintained, and ready to hit the road! Get the best of both worlds, toy hauler & RV in one! The garage is 9ft, perfect for desert toys or golf cart. The suspension has been upgraded by famous WeldTech Designs. Lift is 6 inches and features fox shocks, and custom Atlas leaf springs.This rig features an over cab bed, a conversion dinette and two twin beds in the garage, or you can convert it to a queen bed. Thor also has solar panels to keep you powered up during off grid adventures. Outside you can enjoy watching your favorite movie, or enjoy a movie on the back patio complete with a shade awning. In addition it has a furnace/water heater system, ice cold A/C, heater, sink, convection oven microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, auto leveling jack and awning and much more!This rig is a dream to drive, with all the bells and whistles and ready for your next adventure!What's included- 4 toilet paper rolls of RV septic tank safe

You have financial responsibility for negligent damage. You are responsible for all Tire Damage, Dumping Responsibilities, other Damage Responsibilities, Late Fees, & Fuel Top Off. This includes Propane & Gas Tanks.You are responsible for daily and weekly maintenance and for returning the vehicle in the same condition as it was received at the agreed upon date and time. No one under the age of 25 is allowed to drive this vehicle.There is a $150 plus the daily rate per day for a late return. All tires must be returned if replaced. Damage done by renter, road hazard, curb cutting, etc. will not be reimbursed. Personal contents are not covered. If the unit is returned not clean, you are subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $100. It is understood that you are responsible for any charges resulting from the use of roadside assistance. There is no compensation for lost vacation time, spoils or any other things due to mal function of the RV. You agree that pets and towing are prohibited.Garage weight capacity is 1500lbs and if you are using the ramp as a deck, the weight capacity is 1000lbs.- No climbing on ladder/ roof
- Awning must not be opened in wind and closed every night, before bed
- Renters must refill gas at same level when rented, failure to do so will result in a 50$ service charge plus price of gas.
- Refill propane or or I can do for an add on at price of propane plus 20$ service chargeA REMINDER PLEASE, NO SMOKING OR VAPING, OR ANY KIND OF ILLEGAL DRUGS IN THE MOTORHOME!
