5.0Easy communication with Jerry to arrange pickup and drop off of the van. I appreciate Jerry’s flexibility on location and time, especially using light-rail to meet up for the handoff. Van was clean, well stocked and comfortable. I look forward to renting the van again in the future.

5.0First time w Outdoorsy, and the experience seamless. Jerry was great to work with, quick to communicate, flexible, pick up location was very close to I5. The van was as described, easy to drive, apply car play, and spacious for our family of 4. Would be lucky to rent it again.

The van drives great and is very functional, showing only minimal signs of regular adventuring! If you are looking to try out van life in Washington or new to the app, this is a solid option.
