Our comfy 24 Foot Winnie Minnie is the perfect family vehicle which sleeps up to four adults and two children.Features one slide out, a queen size bunk above the cab, a sleeper sofa, a booth dinette which converts to a third bed. Generous interior storage includes a roomy wardrobe and overhead storage.The L shaped kitchen at the rear of the RV gives plenty of counter space for cooking while being out of the living space area. The kitchen has a double sink, range top with an oven, range hood with light/fan, a microwave and a double door refrigerator/freezer that runs on propane or electric.At the rear is a private bath with a walk-in shower.Heading back outside, you will additional storage compartments, an exterior entertainment center that includes an Am/Fm stereo with antenna, CD player, 12 volt DC receptacle and 110 volt outlet and speakers. General Policies: Our designated pick up and drop off location is the Gillespie Trolley Station at 1990 N Cuyamaca, El Cajon. If you require us to delivery the RV instead of you picking up at our location, we will deliver within 20 miles fora fee of $50. We try to accommodate flexible pick-up and drop-off times but please arranged a week prior to your reservation. We will let you know at pick-up when we will need the RV back, and we can communicate via text if you have unexpected delays. Absent any specific accommodation, partial days will be charged as full-days at the rate of $135/day. At pick-up, you will receive walk-through, tutorial of the RV’s systems, and a required drive test. Please Plan FOR Pick UP TO Take Between 30 Minutes TO Hour AND A Half Depending ON Your Previous RV Experience. You are expected to return the interior of the RV as clean as it was turned over to you. Exterior need not be washed, but if interior cleaning is required a minimum flat fee of $70 will be taken from your deposit and the fee may increase depending on required cleaning. You agree to comply with all applicable state and federal laws governing the safe operation of a recreational vehicle and further agree to adhere to any local rules at your camping location including time restrictions on generator use. You agree to report any traffic incidents, damage incurred, or other issues operating the RV as soon as they arise. We will make best-efforts to accommodate any deficient systems or other problems encountered through no fault of your own. Insurance is included.
