2020 Eclipse Recreational Vehicles Attitude
When these units are mass produced, they are made quickly and little detail is made to make the units feel homely. I have spent thousands of dollars improving on the stock toy hauler with many amenities that you will never find in another 20ft. toy hauler like this. This unit has been used only by my family between California and Oregon. There is enough room to fit up to 4 quads or a SxS and a another 1 or 2 quads. The entire storage area is from front to back. a total of 20 feet. It's 76" wide for the first 14 feet as well. What I have added to the unit that was not originally placed:
If you are Dry Camping (camping where there are no hook ups).
1) 3500 quite generator on the tongue in a custom box.
2) two 6 volt batteries with a separate solar connections if needed.
3) 2000 watt Invertor so you can run some of the outlets and microwave without any use of the generator. You won't need these items if you are camping at a place that has hook up. This is also what's added.
1) There is built in 30 gallon tank of fuel.
2) There is a built in compressor to fill up all air items, such as tires and inflatable toys.
3) The back ramp can also be used as a deck to relax on or watch the sunset.
4) Originally there was very little storage for clothes and pots and pans. I have increased the storage by 9 times over. There is enough storage now for all your clothes, food, etc.
5) If you have a propane bbq, you can hook up the bbq to the gas line that was run outside the unit if need be.
6) There is an outside shower to spray down your toys, kids or even dog before they get back into the unit.
7) High power shower head which has more pressure then most homes. What's includedCooking supplies- Pots, pans, forks, knivesRecommendationsMy family has taken this unit to Oregon for a week, several local campsites that have hook ups and to the dunes where there are no hook ups. Other things to noteThere are a lot of bells and whistles on this unit and I did that so my family would feel more like home. I take pride in owning something my family will live in for several nights and I also enjoy having a unit that runs and stays clean.Rules are simple:
Take care of the unit like it's your own. No smoking please.
