This easy to pull new modern RV can be pulled by your 1/2 ton pick-up truck and is fun for the entire family creating ever lasting memories. Freezing cold refrigerated air conditioning. Upgraded Rockford Fosgate interior speakers. Also updated LED touch lights for the interior main cabin. A propane grill is also included that connects to the campers propane line outside under back bumper so you grill chicken, steaks, burgers etc. Includes dishes, silverware, cups, to name a few items. Also all the BBQ utensils needed for grilling are included. Sleeps up to 6 people. Discount rates for weekly and monthly rentals. Minimum 4 nights required to rent this beautiful fully functioning unit. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Comes with upgraded 2 / 30 lb. propane tanks to make sure you can easily camp for weeks without having to refill. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have. - Prep fee: $150.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. This fee includes all cleaning of camper including dump station fees and 2 propane 30lb. tank refills.
