Bryce was GREAT. The RV was in perfect condition and he was EXTREMELY accommodating. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. I had some last minute drop off and pick up time changes and he worked with us to meet the changes without any hesitations. This RV is perfect for a small family or couple. I would reserve with him again! Thank you Bryce!!!

Bryce’s answer

Thank you for the excellent review, and we are thrilled you enjoyed your time. We hope to see you again in the future!

It is not really like me to write a negative review but had I seen a review like the one I am about to give I would have never rented this trailer. When we went to pick up the trailer the taillights did not work., it was not my husbands truck because it is a brand new truck and did not have issues. My husband worked on them for almost an hour to fix the taillights. the owner dropped a taillight which broke so he had to purchase a new one. I noticed right away that the trailer was not licensed. It had July 2021 tags. The owner said he was waiting for the tags. I told him I need something to show it is licensed just in case I get pulled over. He gave me a printout but did not state that the trailer was licensed. Definitely did not give me a copy of his check. The owner then showed us through the trailer. The table was extremely wobbly because when repairing the table he used the wrong base so the table swayed back and forth. The owner sat at the table showing how it drops down on both sides. I shared my concerns but he dismissed them. Unfortunately, that meant I was not able to use the table for fear something would spill or someone would get hurt with the table falling down on one side or the other approximately 3 to 4 inches. There was a wonderful large cabinet for food but was so flimsy that I could not put any can goods in it for fear of it collapsing. The bed is also very SHORT. My husbands legs hung over the bed. Just to note he is only 5 feet 4 inches. It made many sleepless nights. I was told the table and couch make out to a full bed. They are much less than a full-size bed. The couch is very small in length and only folds back to make a bed. Maybe a twin at best. When putting items in the compartment outside we saw that the wood under the bed was broken. My husband put a support on it to sturdy it up but if we had not seen that it would have gotten even worse. Needless to say, my husband and I were very uncomfortable in the trailer. We were just waiting for something else to happen. What a nightmare. This was our first experience in renting a trailer and will also be our last. I asked to look at the trailer first and was told that is not what usually happens when you rent a trailer, because it was my first time renting a trailer I dismissed it. Now I know why that option was not available for me. I was hoping to share my concerns with the owner but when returning the trailer he was leaving to catch a movie and asked us to just unhook and leave the keys in the trailer. I do have to say they were very nice people. Unfortunately by his response to my review you might not get that impression.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
The electricity is very simple; first plug in our provided surge protector to the electricity pedestal, checks the lights to verify proper current and then plug in the RVs plug. The water is connected via a fresh water hose which connects directly to a water spigot. Our water hose is fitted with a water filter to allow for safe drinking water inside the trailer, as well as a water pressure regulator to prevent interior plumbing damage. Sewage is easily connected with the provided sewer hose.

Q.Do you deliver?
In short yes. Delivery is available provided we are in town (we travel a lot with our own RV). Delivery is free within 25 miles of our home. Delivery outside of that area is charged at $3/per mile with a minimum charge of $200. Delivery includes a complete camp setup.
