This amazing travel trailer is a brand new 2020 Coachmen Catalina rear kitchen sink. Featuring a very open and spacious living area, tons of storage for a trailer of this size and class, a large 42 inch TV in the main room, a 32 inch TV in the bedroom both with Apple AirPlay and Google Casting capability, a large bathroom, an excellent indoor/outdoor DVD/entertainment system, hotspot/wifi availability, a huge 20ft awning with an exterior LED rope light, a nice size outdoor kitchen area, and ample space with a full pass through storage area in the front.This trailer is also packed with high end components to make any stay excellent that include; a water heater, a furnace, a fully ducted A/C system, a main door featuring wide Morryde Steps, a bedroom door with folding steel steps, a queen bed in the master bedroom with blackout curtains for all windows and the bathroom door slider, a tri-fold sofa and a dinette converter bed with under-seat storage, a full size large pantry, a dog tie out, two 20 lb propane tanks, and an available rear/backup camera.This trailer is perfect for any outdoor trip or event whether it be tailgating, an RV park, dry camping, or a national park tour.Delivery includes leveling, chocking, stabilization, and camp setup. Any renters not paying a pet fee that are discovered to have a pet are subject to a $250 fee.No smoking inside the trailer.Only use septic safe toilet paper, and do not flush any other items down the toilet. Please use the provided black tank cleaner after each sewage dump.Must have an appropriate tow vehicle if delivery not selected. Tow vehicles must be capable of towing a gross vehicle weight of 6100 lbs with a hitch weight of 650 lbs. Our weight distribution hitch is required and included free, however, you may use your own appropriate hitch.All water, grey and black tanks must be emptied prior to drop-off if sewage service is not selected. Propane tanks are delivered as is.Burning Man; is not allowed. If our RV GPS shows the RV was taken to Burning Man without it will be considered a breach of contract and immediate eviction will occur at the expense of the renter.Please be aware that pickup time is 3:00 PM but an earlier time may be available upon request. Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The electricity is very simple; first plug in our provided surge protector to the electricity pedestal, checks the lights to verify proper current and then plug in the RVs plug.
The water is connected via a fresh water hose which connects directly to a water spigot. Our water hose is fitted with a water filter to allow for safe drinking water inside the trailer, as well as a water pressure regulator to prevent interior plumbing damage.
Sewage is easily connected with the provided sewer hose.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are completely flexible with pickup and drop-off which can occur at our location, our storage lot, or another location depending upon the distance from us. Please contact us and see what arrangements we can make for you.
Q.Do you deliver?
A.
In short yes. Delivery is available provided we are in town (we travel a lot with our own RV). Delivery is free within 25 miles of our home. Delivery outside of that area is charged at $3/per mile with a minimum charge of $200. Delivery includes a complete camp setup.
