Welcome to our Home Away from home. We have decided to rent our 2019 KZ Sportster Toy Hauler since our kid are now getting older and we don't camp as much anymore. We have a family of 6 and it has plenty of room to relax inside and out. Some of the key features are.... Tankless Hot water Heater with Digital Temp Control, this is a big deal when camping compared to the normal 5 gallon heater. 2 Larger Reclining chairs and 2 convertible sofas. We also got this camper with the happy jack electric bed option in the back. This allows you to lift up the full-size bed in the back when not in use to provide more space on the inside of the camper. It has 2 twin sized bunk beds and a large Memory Foam Queen in the master sleeping compartment. There is an outside hot and cold shower/wash down for those times that you need to hose off the mud. We love movies when we travel so there is a selection for DVD's for the TV and a few card games if it rains. If you want to relax outside, we have a power folding awning and outside speakers for enjoying music by the fire or BBQ. This camper also comes equipped with electric stabilizers.What's included- Fresh Linens

- 2 Full Tanks of Propane - (If you use both Tanks you will need to take them to a refill station)Other things to note- Please be careful with the awning outside. If it is windy, please roll it back up as high winds will damage the awning and possibly the camper if it is left extended. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure that it is in the same condition when it is returned back from the rental.
- The tankless hot water heat will only run for +/- 30 mins continuously before needing to cool down. Keep that in mind when showering. If the hot water runs out that is most likely the issue.
- Please monitor and empty the Grey water and Black Waste Tanks. Please do not leave the waste tank or grey water tank valves open. Please drain them when full as leaving the valves open causes solids buildup in the tanks and can damage the holding tanks.
- The Camper is equipped with Stabilizers but not jacks. Please do not overextend the electric stabilizers as you will damage them if you attempt to lift the camper off of the ground.
