It features a dining table that folds into a bed a futon and a bunk room plus a queen mattress shower and bath and toilet .What's includedSewer hoses , water hose for drinking and sewer water hose . Blocks for the stabilizers and also leveling blocks . 2 propane tanks and battery . Theirs DVD’s and board games as well . 2 camping chairs and a matt for outside . You would have to bring your own sheets and towels and dishes. Also use rv toilet paper only . I will make sure their is some in the camper . RecommendationsMiles landing out in elberfield Indiana very nice .Other things to noteI work nights so I can meet early in the morning at storage unit to show and go over everything. Pets are allowed but your responsible for cleaning up after them their is a pet deposit .
