Trailers are cleaned and disinfected with child safe cleaners and disinfectants.We will provide clean linens, blankets, and pillows in a vacuum sealed bag. To ensure limit exposure and clean linens, renters will be responsible for making beds with provided linens. We provide linens for all possible sleeping areas. (I.e. Jack knife couch and Dining table sleeper)Dishes, Pots/Pans and utensils provided will be cleaned after every rental whether used or not.Don’t want to tow it? Rather have it delivered? Message us to discuss delivery options/fees. Other things to noteRenter must empty all tanks before returning the trailer. Failure to empty grey and black tanks will result in a dump fee of $75.
If Propane tanks are not topped off at return of rental a $30 refill fee will be incurred.
Excessive dirt, grime, smells from fragrant foods or other odors will result in a cleaning fee of $125.
No Candles or Incense.
Experience towing required.

Vehicle must be able to tow min. 5000lbs.
No off-road camping where terrain is rugged and could damage the trailer.
Do not climb on the roof.
