Message us with the size/breed/age of your dog so that we can best accommodate them.Enjoy a full indoor kitchen with stainless appliances, Walk-around Queen bed in back slide-out, full living room slide-out, indoor bathroom, Over-cab bunk (750lb capacity) with panoramic window, indoor & outdoor showers, power awning with light, 2 TV's, comfortable seating and sleeping for your family. Heat and A/C. Toaster and Keurig included.We have linen packages available for all beds for an additional add-on fee. You can also add on a bike rack, camp chairs, camp table, or a kitchen kit for an additional fee.Poppy has 4 beds. The main bedroom has a walk-around queen size bed in the rear slide-out. The next largest bed is the cab-over bunk with a panoramic window and power shade. It's about the size of a queen bed and can hold up to two adults comfortably (750lb capacity). The dinette converts into a bed (about the size of a twin) and can easily hold two children or one adult. The smallest bed is the fold-down sofa which can accommodate one child/youth.Poppy can be picked in Fallbrook or we also offer delivery to a central location, your home or campground (depending on location).Our standard practice is to thoroughly clean and sanitize our RV's before every trip. A new boxed sewer hose is included for every rental.No travel to Mexico.

However, we DO expect the RV to be returned in the same CLEAN condition it is received. We provide a broom and dustpan, cordless vacuum, and cleaning supplies for you to use to keep the RV clean on your trip. If the RV is returned excessively dirty (sand or dirt everywhere, surfaces not wiped down, etc...) you WILL be charged a $200-$400 cleaning fee from your security deposit.RV is provided with at least a 3/4-full tank of gas. Return with at least a 3/4 full tank of gas.
RV must be returned with holding tanks dumped or a dump fee of $175 will apply.RV is provided with a sufficient amount of propane for your trip. We fill the tank on return and do not charge for propane.Renters with dogs must get approval and agree to and sign our supplemental pet policy agreement before departure. Cleaning Policy:
Interior: We provide you with a clean and sanitized RV. As long as you return it in the same clean condition as you received it, you won't be charged a cleaning fee. We provide you with a broom and dustpan, small vacuum, and spray cleaner in order to help you clean the RV out after your trip. If the RV is returned in an unsatisfactory condition (i.e. dirty dishes, dirty fridge, food on counters, sand on floor, etc...) you will be charged a $200-$400 cleaning fee.
Exterior: You do not need to wash the outside of the RV.
Interior: We provide you with a clean and sanitized RV. As long as you return it in the same clean condition as you received it, you won't be charged a cleaning fee. I want to start off by saying that I am not one to write negative reviews for businesses, especially family and locally owned businesses but I feel obligated to write this review for the safety of others who are considering renting an RV from this company or any company for that matter.

Cody was awesome. Super friendly and patient. He was able to help me out in a pinch, was very thorough with his walk through for a 1st timer and was able to help me while on the road with a few things that were user error. I will certainly go back to Cody for my next RV road trip!
