A comfortable lightweight trailer that can be easily towed by an SUV. The slide out adds so much more space while the kids will love the bunkbeds. This trailer is perfect for small families or groups looking to get away, get a feel on owning a travel trailer, or simply needing a place to stay for a an event. Comfortably sleeps 4. Can sleep 5 when dinette is converted.This trailer will be stocked with everything you will need for your getaway. See the details of what is included below. Trailer features propane/electric fridge, 6-gallon water heater, 2 burner stove, overhead air-conditioning, thermostat controlled heater, microwave, LED interior and exterior lighting, adjustable exterior awning, Bluetooth ready radio, interior and exterior speakers, and plenty of storage. Portable solar panels or generator can be added to your rental extend the house batteries if electric hookups are not available. Thanks Ramon! Great host. Took the time to walk through entire camper and assure that it was 100% ready for use. Easy pull with suburban. Bets pop-up campers for ease of setup, use, and pick up. Slide out greatly increases functional area. Highly recommend!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I am flexible for pick up and dropping off. However, my preference is for pick up and drop off to occur after 5pm during weekdays.
