The camper has an AC unit and heat for whichever you choose to use. Heat runs on propane. Only one propane tank comes with the camper. It has an inverter plug if you're somewhere that doesn't take the original power cord. It has leveling blocks. A drill with battery and charger to get those stabilizers down in a jiffy instead of cranking it the old way. It has a power jack with a light on it. Power slide out and power awning with radio system inside and outside!
Bring whatever else you need or want plus linens! What's includedA few pots and pans, utensils, silverware, 2 paper towel rolls, paper plates. 2 rolls of RV APPROVED toilet paper (if you need to bring more make sure it is RV approved not your standard residence toilet paper). Small charcoal grill. RecommendationsCamp to your heart's desires! We have taken the camper to state parks in the Hoosier state. It has gone on a few tailgating events and festivals with other renters! Other things to notePets are welcome for a fee!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pick up can be flexible, as long as there is about a week or two notice to the owners. We do camp ourselves and like to leave early in the afternoon to bet most weekend travelers.

Are those dates all unavailable on the listing?
A.
Technically no. Why we blocked most out is because we go on vacation or have an extended camping trip and won't be there for pick up. If the renter would like to pick up the camper a day before the marked unavailable that would be great and it would be a win-win for all! Just message us and ask if its being rented or not!
