Excellent experience, great trailer, and Cameron was very helpful and flexible.

We enjoyed this camper for our family of 5 on a 3 night camping trip. Cameron answered all my questions prior to the trip so I felt we were well prepared. We were moderately conservative with water and battery use and still had plenty after three nights. I would rent again!

This rental was a little disappointing but the owner could fix certain things and make it better. First off, the pick up address listed in the app was not accurate, so we went way out of our way and wasted a bunch of time before departing. Austin, the person we dealt with, could have easily shared a map or directions when he called to confirm with me that morning. Very frustrating. Also, the camper smelled heavily of cigarettes. There should be a non-smoking sign or at least an attempt to air it out before we picked it up. The smell was sickening.
Some directions posted in the camper on how to operate the different appliances would be so helpful. When you camp, you don’t always have service and texting my questions was not convenient. people who rent these things usually aren’t professional camping types, so the more info provided, the better. Also the trailer doesn’t include sheets which is very odd and the bed is hard and needs a pad. Also a pick up of 3pm and a drop off of 11am makes no sense for camping

Cameron was quick to respond, very kind and accommodating. It was such a last minute thing and he made it happen. It was perfect for what we needed. His helper was just as pleasant. Didn’t expect the water to go so fast but we managed. Thanks Cameron
