There are two different campgrounds at James M. Robb Colorado River State Park for campers to choose from. The Island Acres campground has 74 RV compatible campsites, of which 40 have full hookups, and 34 have just electricity. This campsite also has picnic tables, fire rings, and grills at each of the sites for campers to enjoy at their convenience.
Exploring the Area
Clifton, which is right next to Grand Junction, is one of the closest small cities to visit while you have a motorhome rental at James M. Robb Colorado River State Park. Clifton is home to the Museums of Western Colorado: Cross Orchards Historic Site and the Grand Valley Model Railroad Club, both of which are exciting ways to spend the afternoon.
