Inside you will find a master bedroom with a queen sized bed and a good amount of storage. The living space offers a sofa bed (full sized) with TV, AM/FM bluetooth radio and DVD player. The dinette/kitchen has a refrigerator, stovetop, oven and microwave. The dinette table transitions into a twin sized bed. A full bathroom offers plenty of room for showering and toileting. Need more sleeping space? This trailer has a bunkhouse with a dinette table of it's own. The bunkhouse can sleep up to three people as the dinette table transitions into a XL twin bed to go along with the two top twin bunks.Don't spend all your time indoors! Let's take the party outdoors! This trailer has an outdoor kitchen equipped with a proprane griddle and mini fridge. Enjoy the outdoor speakers as you dance under the stars.Spending some time at the beach? This trailer has an outdoor shower and an entrance directly to the bathroom to keep the things clean inside and the awning will offer excellent shade for those hot summer days.What's includedKitchen utensils, cookware, dishes, Keurig, toaster, and cleaning supplies

We have been RV owners for more than 3 years now and really love the RV'ing community. We love meeting new people and helping them to have a wonderful experience. We love experiencing new places with our family of 6. We enjoy those trips that have areas to hike, fish, and swim. We are always looking for our next adventure with it be camping or just sight seeing. Fredericksburg, TX was probably one of our favorite spots due to the wine tasting, shopping, and festivities.

No Smoking or drug use is allow in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
