My family rented the camper for a week-long trip to the Georgia National Fairgrounds for the NBHA Youth & Teen World Championships. From the beginning, Rusty was very responsive and easy to work with. I met him when he set up the camper and he explained how to operate some of the tanks, etc. He checked in on us a few times during the trip to make sure everything was okay. We had one small issue with the outside door and he came right over to the fairgrounds to fix it. I would definitely rent from him again.
