5.0As a first-timer on the road with a rig, this was the perfect setup for me! Everything you could possibly imagine needing was already thought through and then some. I, of course, packed all these extra things for the kitchen, organization, etc. because I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Tanna had it all outfitted so thoughtfully that I barely needed any of it. The Jackery was ACE and honestly one of my favorite parts of the setup. It gave me the freedom to have electricity wherever I was, which made being off-grid feel super easy and comfortable. I did learn that if something bumps into the Jackery, it can accidentally turn off, but that was definitely more of a me-being-new-to-the-rig thing than anything else! Overall, Tanna made the whole experience incredibly easy for a first-timer. The rig was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and clearly put together by someone who actually understands what you need when you're out on the road. Would absolutely rent in a heart beat!

As for the van, we were surprised by how comfy it is! This was the perfect camper van for our trip (two people) andTanna and her partner (forgot his name, sorry!) were extremely reliable, we couldn’t ask for better. Totally recommend!
